The Entry to Employment Programme (E2E)

Tranmere Community Project is working in partnership with Wirral Metropolitan College to deliver Entry to Employment (E2E). E2E is a completely flexible programme for young people, aged 16-18 years, which is designed to help them develop the qualities necessary for future employment. Our youth team organise activities such as residentials, drama groups, employability courses, stop smoking club, work placements and other sessions aimed at confidence building and improving personal skills. Young people with enhanced confidence will then move onto courses at Wirral Metropolitan College which will provide them with the skills and knowledge to progress into vocational programmes. This Project began in September and we have worked with 33 young people so far.
