Course Information

Activities can be chosen from;

  • Emotional Survival – covering topics such as anger management, positivity, assertiveness and reflection.

  • Your place in a Team - will include both indoor and outdoor activities aimed at increasing participants self awareness and ability to work well as part of a team.

  • Sport Sessions - will include trampolining, cricket, volleyball, basketball, table tennis and badminton.

  • Outdoor Adventures - trips will range from visits to local museums and art galleries to rock climbing to hill walking in North Wales.

  • Employability Skills – job search, CV and applications

  • Skills For Life - sessions cover everything from bank accounts and budgeting to housing and independent living.

 

Programmes can be timed to suit the individual and can be from a few hours up to 12 hours a week.

 

16-19 year olds on programmes of 12 hours per week are entitled to EMA at £30 a week and Child Care costs.
