Staff Development day at Plas-y-Brennin in North Wales - July 08

staff development Plas-y-Brennin

As the staff at TCP spend much of their time working with young people to develop leadership and team building skills, seven of them took a trip to the national Mountain Centre, Plas-y-Brennin, North Wales, to test their own skills and watch and learn to see how the experts conveyed these skills to others.

All were impressed by the surroundings and the staff at Plas-y-Brennin; climbing, low ropes, canoeing, orienteering and raft building were some of the activities we all tried, some more able than others!

TCP staff would like to thank the Plas-y-Brennin staff for their truly professional skills, and we will hopefully be able to come back another time.
