TCP Structure Governance and Management

Constitution and organisation.

The organisation is an unincorporated association principally engaged as a charity and is governed by the constitution of the Methodist Church, under the Charities Act 1993.

From the 1st April 2006, Tranmere Methodist Church Council (TMCC) has, by way of a revocable delegation of authority, passed all its managing trusteeship responsibilities to Tranmere Methodist Church and Community Projects Limited (TMCCP Limited). At its inception the Project was established to be locally managed by the TCP Board accountable to TMCC. From April 1st 2006 the TCP Board of the Project became accountable, by virtue of this delegated authority, to TMCCP Limited. With effect from this date TMCCP Limited has also assumed all managing trusteeship matters formerly undertaken by TMCC.

The TCP Board meets six times a year and its members are:
